About Ticketmaster Tickets

Tickets for all events are processed through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster outlets, charge-by-phone, on line, and our box office all have access to the same tickets.

There are no refunds or exchanges on any tickets unless an event has been canceled. Refunds for canceled events can be obtained from the point of purchase. On-Line purchasers should call the charge-by-phone number to obtain a refund.
All persons entering Rabobank Arena must have a ticket.

 

Ticketmaster charges a convenience fee to purchase tickets. This fee is what allows Ticketmaster to offer our customers so many ways to purchase tickets. If you do not want to pay for the convenience of purchasing tickets on-line, on charge-by-phone, or at an outlet, you can purchase tickets at our box office. Our box office does not charge a convenience fee for tickets.
