Handicap accessible seating is available in all of our venues, and can be purchased via the Arena Box Office or through Ticketmaster. Please indicate that you need accessible seating when purchasing. In order to provide seating for as many people as possible, we generally limit accessible seating purchases to 2 seats total – one handicapped individual and a companion.
Handicap parking is available in all of our parking lots with approved placard. Standard parking rates do apply.
Handicap ramps are located at both the main entrance and southwest entrance of the Arena, as well as at the main entrance of the Theater and Convention Center.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices are available for checkout at the Guest Services booth. Guests will be required to leave a form of valid identification.
Sign Language Interpreters
We are pleased to offer signed performance for our hearing impaired guests. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Requests for this service must be received at least four weeks prior to the event by contacting the Human Resources Manager at 661-852-7314.
